Another way for the banner is if you find an awesome picture on the web, just copy the address down, put it in the [img][/img] things, and you'll get your banner!

Make sure that it does not exceed 500x250 pixels. As i improve my computer you'll be able to have bigger banners.

..then place {img} at the start of the copied link, and {/img} at the end of the copied link.

The {} should be brackets. If I used brackets, somehow the img and /img don't show.
